Encouraging Families and Educating Struggling Learners
We all have struggles in life and seek encouragement. Where do you find encouragement? In this day and age many people turn to the internet or social media without a second thought. It’s the first, and often only place people go. It’s easy, fast, and somewhat reliable. For trivial matters, that method is fine, but for heart matters, I want to present another alternative. The first place I ask you find the answer to life’s struggles is in the Word of God, and directly to God in prayer. I encourage those to be done simultaneously. If you still have questions, trusted advisors can give solid guidance. After that, my prayer is that you come to this site as a place to find encouragement. I want this website to be a place for encouraging families and educating struggling learners.
Do you have struggling learners or a child with a diagnosis of dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, or other learning issues? Follow my journey as a homeschool mom and educational therapist where I give tips and information to help children with learning struggles.
If you homeschool or not, have typical learners or struggling learners, this website will encourage and educate!
My Blog
When I meet with families of struggling learners, I answer many questions. I've learned that families are looking for one thing - HOPE. First of all, our hope is always found in Christ. Secondly, with struggling learners, many times hope feels lost or dim. My goal is to bring hope. May the answers you are looking for be found first in Christ and maybe you'll learn a little bit here too!

This beautiful storybook tells the story of two young Stones in search of God’s glory. Peeking through the window, Jem and Jeweley notice Mama Stone reading her Bible. Ribbons of rainbows flow from her. The little gems want to shine like Mama, but don’t know how. Join Jem and Jeweley on their journey of finding out how to shine with Ribbons of Rainbows too!

"I just wanted to thank you again for your work with my son. It has truly blessed us. We are now able to proceed in finding the things he needs armed with a lot more knowledge! God is doing a beautiful work through you. Thank you for your obedience to his calling and using your gifts to bless others in such a meaningful way. I really, really appreciate it and I thank God for sending you into our "village." You are most certainly a bringer of HOPE!" - Julie, mom of a struggling learner
